Russian Boar huntingSpecializing in Russian Boar hunts, the 4B is home to pedigreed Russian (European) Wild Boar. As hogs go, the Russian Boar is considered the exotic of wild hogs and rightly so as they are majestic animals. Their long nose, wooly mane, small ears, straight tail, high-set shoulders and extreme agility are all characteristics that differentiate the true Russian Boar from American feral hogs rife with domestic traits.

Texas Whitetail Deer HuntsWith genetics from South Texas, year round feeding supplemented with fall and spring plots, the 4B Ranch whitetail deer herd produces whitetail bucks worthy of any trophy hunter’s wall. A limited number of Whitetail Buck Hunts and Trophy Buck Hunts are available on a first come, first served basis.

Blackbuck AntelopeBlackbuck Antelope hunting on the 4B Ranch is another one of the highlights of the ranch. The mature bucks have 19" to 21" horns and are fine trophy animals. These hunts are better conducted in the winter months since the coats of the blackbuck have the darker color during those months.

Meat HuntsThe 4B Ranch also offers Meat Hunts for hunters who are interested in filling their freezers. Russian Boar and Whitetail Deer herds of the 4B require managing which allows the ranch to offer day hunt and lodged hunt packages that are fun and affordable. The 4B Ranch uses no pesticides or herbicides so you can be sure that the venison and pork that you take home with you is good and good for you.

West Texas Dove HuntingThe 4B is also home to some of the finest Dove Hunting in West Texas. Several grain fields located near large stock tanks and pastures provide excellent dove habitat. Abundant with native sunflowers, uncut wheat, water, and nearby roosting areas, the 4B attracts the many native local dove and the migratory birds as well. Additionally, 'off-ranch' fields in both Taylor and Runnels counties are leased to provide hunters with an expanded area within which to hunt.

Quality Hunting BlindsQuality blinds have been strategically placed throughout the ranch. Several of the blinds are large fiberglass structures with the capacity to accommodate multiple people. Two of the hog blinds have night feeder lights and creosote railroad ties for rubs. Communications via FRS radio between blinds or between blinds and the main lodge are also provided.

Guide and Taxidermy Services Available at the 4B RanchThe guide service includes differing levels of service depending on the game being hunted. Details of these services are included in the detail hunting pages. Taxidermy services are also available through the ranch.
