"I spent over a year researching, visiting and hunting with many different outfitters in West Texas. After several visits that resulted in poor hunts and incredibly indifferent hospitality experiences, I am very fortunate to have discovered the 4B Ranch. Your Russian Boars are incredibly large aggressive animals that bring a real thrill to the hunt! Although I did not take one of your magnificent whitetail deer this year, from what I saw in the field, they would, without a doubt, make any trophy deer hunter proud.
With you as my guide, we took down a 340 pound Russian Boar at 7:00 in the morning and a truly exceptional Black Buck at 7:00 in the evening that very same day! I must say, it was really the first time in my life; I really felt and understood the excitement of a big game hunt.
On the morning hunt, the boars were everywhere; foraging, fighting and uhhh..., trying to find a mate! On the evening hunt the sun was going down, the boars were all around us and the bobcats were screaming when the Black Bucks started moving. We spotted a beautiful Black Buck about 200+ yards out and were preparing for the shot, when a second black buck stepped out of the tree line about 100 yards to our left. With almost all the daylight gone, I set up on the second buck and got him! It was really very intense and exciting; I really had to be prepared and pay attention since there were so many animals with little time to set up for the shot or they would be gone!
I appreciate the knowledge and enthusiastic professionalism you bring to the hunts, while at the same time being attentive to my needs with good food, good conversation and excellent accommodations. I look forward to visiting you next year for a bigger boar and for what I am sure will be my first trophy whitetail deer!

Not one great boar but two. Brandon had a great time taking his first two whitetails, buck and a doe. Paul, you sure treated us like family. The food was so good. The two boars will take thier place with the other 70 mounts in my trophy house. Maybe after Africa in August this year and Argentina in April of 08 I can come back for that black buck.
